DESCRIPTION
| When the mobile industrial vacuum cleaners can not be met requirements, such as the removal or the amount of waste recycling, sustained work, production site, a number of points must be collected at the same time, according to the specific requirements of our customers, personalized design and installation. RIP central vacuum system can provide this kind of support clean. Applying to the rubber, plastics, ceramics brick, metal processing industry in areas such as the electronics industry. |
FUTURE
1. The vacuum generator is made up of one or more suction units combined with a
electrical control panel;
2. A filtering section is made up of one or more silos which collect and convey the
product inside a container by cyclonic separator and filter;
3. By presser-air nozzle, controlled by electronic-controlled unit, the filter cleans
automatically;
4. Polyester fibers filter with big filtering surface filtering standard accuracy 5-7μm,
(optional 0 3μm high efficient filter);
5. The system，made up of hoses, Φ80～1 00, elbows, junction sleeves, etc，is
used for conveying the collected product to the filtering section;
6. By rapid connector, the flexible hoses are located in different points to collect
simultaneously, thus greatly reducing the cleaning time. |
